New and unworn shoes purchased online or in our store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date with the receipt and original undamaged packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please include your receipt, contact information and indicate your request to either return or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please provide your desired shoe information including style, size and color. Refunds will be made to you in the form of your original payment method. (credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Check).
